Custodial History
Before being transferred to the State Archives, these records were returned to Charles Flanagan of the Office of General Services in 1991 by Bob Batson, head of the Governor's Office of Indian Relations. The accession resulted from a project by Archives staff in 1997 to accession or refile estrayed or unidentified records.
The New York State Archives is part of the Office of Cultural Education, an office of the New York State Education Department.
