This series consists of a tape and transcript to "The Voices of Organized Crime: An Education Tape," created by secretly recorded conversations of members of organized crime compiled in April 1968. The conversations include topics of assault, extortion and murder, among many other crimes.
The New York State Archives is part of the Office of Cultural Education, an office of the New York State Education Department.
